Our sponsors are an essential part of our ministry and real partners in mission. Without your contribution, no matter the size, our mission to form our Catholic youth to live meaningful lives in service of the Gospel would not be possible. We appreciate all levels of support and are especially grateful for your prayers.
Be a general conference sponsor by contributing at one of our sponsorship levels.
All sponsors will be listed on our website and in the conference program booklet. Sponsors will be organized by both sponsorship level (amount given) and by organization type (religious congregation, school, parish, business, etc.)
All “Trinity” level sponsorships ($10,000+) will be considered overall conference sponsors on all print materials and marketing from the time of receipt of your pledge.
Support particular elements of the conference by selecting from our ala carte options.
This allows you to share your support and message in a targeted way. You will also be listed at whichever sponsorship level reflects your total gift.
Select a sponsorship bundle to be able to share your support and message with our conference participants while receiving a discount for your support.

These totals can be made up of either a general gift or specific areas of sponsorship as seen in the ala carte and bundle sponsorship options.

All sponsor presentations/promos, videos, marketing materials, swag, and table displays are subject to approval by SANCTUS prior to their presentation and distribution to participants.

These bundles allow your ministry or organization to target your presence and message across different elements of the conference and receiving a savings by combining different sponsorship opportunities.
Catholic ministries will be discounted an additional $250.00 from initial discounted bundle price.
*Any assortment of the various event sponsorship options can be selected to add up to the noted total subject to availability of sponsorship for the particular event.

CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION FOR SPONSOR REPRESENTATIVES
All individuals representing a sponsor must be approved for interaction with youth. Sponsor representatives present at Sanctus must:
Be at least 21 years of age.
Provide proof of completion of VIRTUS safe environment training and background check.
Wear designated approved sponsor representative wrist band at all times during the conference.
Approved sponsor representatives may be present at any time during the conference in the designated exhibition areas (the Atrium corridors).
To participate in meals and conference programing, approved sponsor representatives must have a conference pass in addition to their sponsorship wristband.
Additional associates that have not been approved may only be present in the conference facilities during designated set-up and tear down periods.
One conference pass will be provided to each sponsorship of $500.00 or more. Each additional increment of $1000 receives an additional conference pass up to 4 passes per sponsor. ($500 gift includes one pass, $1500 gift includes 2 passes, $2,500 gift includes 3 passes, etc. but $5,000 gift includes 4 passes).
Conference pass includes 5 meals and access to conference events and programing.
Additional conference passes may be purchased for $150.00. Individuals holding such passes are subject to all safe environment requirements.
If a sponsor does not wish to make use of their conference passes, they may offer them as scholarship passes to student participants. Please notify us if this is your desire and we will ensure your passes are distributed appropriately to registered youth.
IMPORTANT DATES & PAYMENT DETAILS
Intent of sponsorship must be made known by December 1, 2019
Final receipt of sponsorship gift must be received by January 1, 2020.
The fiscal agent and sponsoring organization for SANCTUS is The Norbertine Community of New Mexico (Santa Maria de la Vid Abbey).
You may pay by check. Checks may be made out to “The Norbertine Community” with “Sanctus 2020” in the memo line.
You may pay by credit card.
All gifts to SANCTUS are considered charitable donations. You will be provided a receipt noting your gift to a 501(c)-3 organization for tax purposes.

SANCTUS2020 will be a full-scale quality youth conference and retreat held at The Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town. It will be a dynamic experience of prayer, testimonies and talks, activities, fellowship and mentorship. It is our hope that it will be of the caliber of many national conferences, but with the care and attentiveness that those committed to our region and local Church can offer.
